Referral Marketing Disclosure

You deserve to know how Thickconcerning Remodeling works and how it gets paid. This page explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Thickconcerning Remodeling Is

Thickconcerning Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet, and every other kind of remodeling work are outside what we do.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Payment Works

Thickconcerning Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send their way. The amount may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Thickconcerning Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Thickconcerning Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, prices, and payment terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and permits
• How it speaks with you and behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider, and it is not a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, request an itemized written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded for quality, verification, and billing purposes.
