Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before using thickconcerning.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Builder

Thickconcerning Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. Design, demolition, building, plumbing, wiring, and repair work are not done by Thickconcerning Remodeling. Any work in your home is carried out by an independent provider.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, and conduct.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering, or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different. What suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices change with the job, the location, the materials, and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins.

Payment and Financing

Thickconcerning Remodeling does not offer loans, financing, or payment plans. We do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read each contract carefully before you sign.

Staying Safe

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines, and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation, or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand, or remove it. If you think someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Thickconcerning Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
